The book, How I Met The Lord , is the first person account in simple words of Maitreya who details His travel through time and space to be in continuous service to the reverent Supreme masters. Very early in life, Prabhu Maitreya, oblivious to everything in life, followed His visions in search of His eternal master (who HIMSELF is a form of the lord almighty Mekaal).

He meets Gurudev Swami Chidananda Bharati and Brahmarishi Matang Baba only to be redirected to meet the Aghora swaroopa of Lord Mekaal as Purnavatara Kaliyugavarada Mahaprabhu Aghor Baba Pinakadrika. Mahaprabhu blessed Maitreya Rudrabhayananda to have HIS essence in the form of a toddler of one and a half years old, Lord Baal, as His constant companion.

Some births are rare because it is not every day that an incarnation is born. Till date such events have happened only at crucial junctures of change in Yuga. These points in time are divinely ordained.

Now is again the time when the Yugas are in transition and the current period is one of transformation, whether the change would give way to better conditions (Satya Yuga) or worse (Kali Yuga) is upto the humanity to choose.
Maitreya is born to fulfill an eternal mission to help the humanity make the transition to the next Yuga as smoothly and with as less suffering as possible.

This decisive and critical point in time was proclaimed by all the religions known to man today as the 'Coming of the ONE' who would unify the world.

Excerpt from the book -

The journey from home to the fort passed with my heart in the mouth. My heart beat with anticipation, expectation and many other thoughts just racing through the mind. After sometime, I felt tremendous pull on the third eye, and I knew that I have reached the place. With shaking body, trembling legs somehow I parked the vehicle and tumbled down towards the fort. It was as if the whole world was shaking like in an earthquake. I could barely walk straight, my body felt disoriented because my brain was beyond controlling my limbs. Within the body, it was as if millions of volcanoes were erupting and breaking the walls of the stomach churning the bile to reach its peak. It was as if I was going to fall sick, on top of which I became breathless and felt something moving out of my eyes, ears, nose and mouth. It was like my life was getting sucked out of the body but suddenly everything became calm like still waters and the shaking too stopped. It was a sudden rejuvenation that I felt in that instant. The internal body became calm and quiet, and I could hear subtle sounds of unknown language which had no ties with the world as such, because there was nothing worldly in it, only the subtle essence flowed. Right there and then, before my open eyes, I saw all my previous births and the journeys I had made… I could see from where I started and where it all will end…

something had destroyed all that was within me to create a new sense of purity.

I started running towards the ramparts of the fort with inexplicable joy and happiness filling my body, mind and heart. There on top I saw two figures - one was Brahmarishi Matang Baba and the other, Gurudev Swami Chidananda Bharati ji. I could not see except light in between the two figures.

Finally when I reached the top of the ramparts of Tughlakabad fort, sun was rising and then I saw for the first time my Master, Poornavatara Kaliyugavarada Mahaprabhu Aghor Baba Pinakadrika. Speechless, I saw HIM seated with a bhiksha patra (bowl) in HIS right hand, holding the wooden staff with the other.  HIS face was so bright like the sun itself that it was blinding and HIS eyes were piercing.
